摘 要:气管插管、外部创伤、喉气管手术均会导致气道损伤,产生组织细胞变性坏死、炎性细胞浸润,继而引发纤维组织增生修复,表现为黏膜增厚、胶原沉积和骨软骨膜炎,最终形成喉气管狭窄,严重者发生呼吸困难。近年来,对Wnt信号通路的研究取得了诸多实质性进展,许多研究表明,该信号通路与气道损伤及修复有重要关联。文章对Wnt信号转导通路在气管损伤与修复方面的作用机制的研究进展进行总结,这将有助于我们对气道损伤、气道重塑过程的进一步认识,并为气道损伤的针对性治疗提供新思路与新方向。Tracheal intubation,external trauma,laryngotracheal surgery can all lead to airway injury,resulting in degeneration and necrosis of histiocytes,inflammatory cell infiltration,and then lead to fibrous tissue proliferation and repair,which are manifested as mucosal thickening,collagen deposition and osteochondritis.Eventually,the laryngotracheal stenosis is formed,and severe cases will have difficulty in breathing.Substantial progress has been made in the study of Wnt signaling pathway in recent years.Many studies have shown that this signaling pathway is related to airway injury and repair.Here,we review the research progress on the mechanism of Wnt signal transduction pathway in tracheal injury and repair,whic h will help understand the process of airway injury and airway remodeling,and provide new ideas and directions for the targeted treatment of airway injury.
