唐容川与张锡纯论治吐衄证思想比较

摘　　要：唐容川与张锡纯对于吐衄证的论治均具有独到而系统的理论架构及治法方药,都十分重视冲胃气逆,强调调理气机尤其是降气法,善于运用治血四法构建系统的辨证分型体系。唐容川将吐衄证分门别类,治血四法基本依照止血、消瘀、宁血、补血的顺序进行,善用外治法和分经论治法,遣方以张仲景经方为主,是运用各家方药论治吐衄证的集大成者,同时善用大黄,止血常仅用凉药及炭药,常用独参汤治疗气随血脱证。张锡纯将吐血、衄血一同论之,并将“降胃镇冲”确立为治疗大法及通法,治血四法的运用不拘泥于先后顺序,创立了众多专门治疗吐衄证的方剂,在当今临床应用广泛并取得较为理想的疗效,善用生赭石,强调止血不可只用凉药和炭药,气随血脱证不可用独参汤。TANG Rong-chuan and ZHANG Xi-chun both have unique and systematic theoretical framework and treatment methods and prescriptions for the treatment of vomiting syndrome.They all attach great importance to the treatment of Stomach Qi inversion,stress the regulation of Qi activity,especially the method of reducing Qi,are good at using the four methods of blood treatment,and build a systematic syndrome differentiation and typing system.TANG's four blood treatment methods are basically in accordance with the order of hemostasis,removing blood stasis,calming blood and replenishing blood.They are good at external treatment and meridians.Zhongjing's prescriptions are the main ones.They are the combination of all kinds of prescriptions.They are good at Rhubarb.They usually only use cold medicine and charcoal medicine for hemostasis.Dushen decoction is often used to treat Qi with blood.ZHANG's theory is based on both hematemesis and epistaxis,and"Jiangwei Zhenchong"is established as the treatment method and purging method.The application of the four blood treatment methods is not limited to the sequence,and many special prescriptions for the treatment of hematemesis syndrome have been established.They are widely used in clinical practice and have achieved ideal curative effect.They are good at using Ochre.They emphasize that hemostasis can't be treated only with cold medicine and charcoal medicine.
