摘 要:针对目前基于螺纹二维轮廓点的多参数综合测量方法大多从螺纹整体出发进行计算,忽略单个牙形参数提取计算的问题,在采用梯度值判断法对螺纹点云数据进行分类的基础上,提出一种螺纹单个牙形的提取匹配规则。再利用螺纹的各参数计算方法计算出被测螺纹每一牙的参数数值,进而也能获得螺纹整体参数。最后利用实测螺纹点云数据,通过MATLAB程序设计进行提取计算。结果表明,该方法在保证螺纹检测精度的同时,也能获取螺纹工件特定牙处或指定段的各项数据,扩展了测量结果的多样性。采用的分类组合提取方法具有通用性,可用于非接触式采样获得的二维螺纹轮廓点云数据。In view of the problem that most of the multi parameter comprehensive measurement methods based on the twodimensional profile point of the thread are calculated from the whole thread,ignoring the extraction and calculation of the single tooth shape parameters,a single thread shape extraction matching rule is proposed based on the classification of the thread point cloud data by using the gradient value judgment method,and then the measured thread parameters are calculated.The parameters of each thread can be obtained,and the overall parameters of the thread can be obtained.Finally,the measured thread point cloud data is extracted and calculated by MATLAB program design.The results show that the method can not only ensure the accuracy of thread detection,but also obtain the data of specific tooth or specified section of threaded workpiece,which expands the diversity of measurement results.The method can also be used for non-contact sampling of two-dimensional thread contour point cloud data.
