摘 要:通过液相原位还原的方法合成了柔韧性好、电导率高的碳纳米管/纳米纤维素纤维/银纳米颗粒(CNT/CNF/Agx)复合膜,并作为锌空气电池的柔性自支撑阴极。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术对复合膜进行了表征,组装成全固态柔性锌空气电池进行充放电以及稳定性测试。当AgNO_(3)和NaBH_(4)物质的量比为1∶10时制备的CNT/CNF/Ag1-10复合膜电导率高达293.2S/m,具有优异的氧还原性能,此时银纳米粒子结晶度最高,氧还原反应中极限电流密度达到5.19 mA/cm^(2),塔菲尔斜率低至71 mV/dec。表明该复合膜作为锌空气的柔性阴极具有良好的电催化性能和广阔的的应用前景。The flexible metal air battery(FMEC)has been widely paid attention and promoted the development of flexible electronic devices.In this paper,CNT/CNF/Agx composite film with good flexibility and high conductivity was synthesized by in-situ reduction in liquid phase as a flexible self-supporting cathode for Zinc air batteries.The composite film was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS,and then assembled into a flexible solid state Zinc-air battery for charge and discharge and stability test.Especially,the best electrochemical properties of CNT/CNF/Ag1-10 was achieved with an unexpectedly high conductivity(293.2 S/m),limiting current density(55.19 m A/cm^(2))and lower Tafle slope(71 m V/dec)when it was prepared by a 1∶10 molar ratio of AgNO_(3) to NaBH_(4).The flexible all-solid-state battery can be bent at different angles to maintain a stable charging and discharging platform with a power density up to 52 mW/cm^(2).It is indicated that the composite membrane has excellent electrocatalytic performance and broad application prospect as a flexible cathode of Zinc-air battery.
