摘　　要：职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是工业化和现代化的重要支柱。职业教育为社会、个人带来的不仅仅是货币收益,也包括非货币收益。从国内外研究现状出发,对文中涉及的非货币收益基本概念进行界定,指出职业教育非货币收益的重要性,阐述职业教育非货币收益研究现状及存在的问题。Vocational education is an important part of China’s highereducation and an important pillar of industrialization and moderniza-tion.Vocational education brings not only monetary benefits but alsonon-monetary benefits to society and individuals.Based on the currentresearch status at home and abroad,this paper defines the basic con-cepts of non-monetary benefits involved in the article,and then pointsout the importance of non-monetary benefits of vocational educa-tion.It systematically expounds the research status of non-monetary benefits and existing problems in vocational education.
