摘　　要：从应用型旅游管理人才培养角度出发,基于应用型本科院校旅游管理专业实践教学现状,引入行动导向教学理念,构建基于六要素的旅游管理专业实践教学体系。针对目前存在的问题,提出旅游管理专业实践教学体系改革的建议,旨在通过实践教学体系的提升,深化应用型人才供给侧改革,培养符合旅游行业需要的应用型复合人才。From the perspective of applied tourism talents cultivation,based on the practical teaching status of tourism management inapplied undergraduate colleges,the practical teaching system spe-cialty based on six elements is established with the training concept of"action-oriented".In view of the existing problems,this paper putsforward some suggestions on the reform of practical teaching system of tourism management specialty,aiming at deepening the reform of application-oriented talents supply side through the improvement of practical teaching system,and cultivating application-oriented com-posite talents meeting the needs of tourism industry.
