摘 要:探讨科氏加速度刺激对三维空间定向的影响及与个体空间能力的相关关系。检测22名男性受试者的心理旋转能力、视角变换能力和方向感,并在对照和前庭刺激(科氏加速度刺激)条件下评估其完成虚拟环境下三维方向估计任务的反应时和方向偏差。结果表明:科氏加速度刺激后方向估计耗时比对照条件下更少(指向任务总耗时P<0.01,回想耗时P<0.001),方向估计准确性无明显变化;方向估计表现与心理旋转能力和视角变换能力呈正线性相关关系(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),与运动病症状评分和方向感均无明显相关性。科氏加速度刺激对虚拟环境下三维空间定向有促进作用,心理旋转能力和视角变换能力与虚拟环境下三维空间定向能力为正线性相关关系。To explore the effect of vestibular coriolis stimulation on 3 D spatial orientation and its correlation with individual spatial abilities. The mental rotation ability, perspective taking ability and sense of direction were tested in 22 male volunteers, and their reaction time and pointing deviation of the 3-D direction estimation in virtual environment were evaluated under control and vestibular stimulation conditions respectively. Compared with control conditions, it took less time to complete the direction estimation after coriolis stimulation(total time P<0.01,recall time P<0.001), while there was no significant change in pointing accuracy. Direction estimation performance was positively related to ability of mental rotation and perspective taking(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001), while showed no significant relation with symptoms of motion sickness and sense of direction. Vestibular coriolis stimulation had a positive effect on the 3-D spatial orientation in the virtual environment. The individual’s mental rotation ability and perspective transformation ability were positively related to their 3-D spatial orientation in the virtual environment.
