摘 要:研制一台实验室用短臂载人离心机,开展+Gx及+Gx/-Gz过载环境对人体心血管、呼吸等生理系统影响的研究与分析。从底座转台、旋转支架和人体座舱3个方面设计了离心机的机械结构,采用PMAC运动控制卡开发了基于运动控制器+PC的功能控制系统;搭建基于离心机的过载生理参数检测平台,分析14名受试者在0°、15°和30°靠背角度下的心脏功能、血管状况和呼吸功能等生理性变化。载物转速实验表明:离心机最大转速可达60 r/min,精度达到±0.02 G;过载生理实验表明:+Gx会导致肺动脉压上升,使人体消耗更多的氧气,而仰卧位后倾带来的-Gz在一定程度上降低+Gx影响,但会加大心脏负担。A manned short arm laboratory centrifuge was developed and the effects of+Gx/-Gz over-load on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in humans were investigated.The mechanical structure of the centrifuge was designed including the base turntable,the rotating bracket and the human cockpit.The PMAC motion control card was used to develop the functional control system.Besides,the cardiac output monitor,the telemetry cardiopulmonary function analyzer,and the non-invasive blood pressure monitor were adopted to set up a centrifuge-based platform for physiological parameters detection.Then the physiological changes of the heart function,the vascular status and the respiratory function of 14 subjects at backrest angles of 0°,15°and 30°were studied.Load speed experiment showed that the maximum speed of centrifuge could reach 60 r/min with an accu-racy of±0.02 G;the overload physiological experiments showed that+Gx induced the increase of the pulmonary arteries,causing the body to consume more oxygen.And-Gz in supine position could help to minimize the influence of+Gx load,but it would increase the burden of the heart.
