摘　　要：科学组织空间站运营阶段应用项目征集是中国空间站应用效益充分发挥的重要保障。围绕中国空间站应用项目的征集,系统调研和借鉴了国际空间站美国部分的应用项目征集渠道、应用资源和项目实施情况,结合中国空间站的应用资源条件,分析得出:中国空间站运营阶段预计每年可开展近百项应用项目,建议每年组织项目征集工作。为提升空间站的综合应用效益,从创新项目征集方法、重视地面培育、加强项目征集的系统设计三等3个方面提出建议。The solicitation of scientific proposals in the operation phase is an important guarantee for promoting the utilization benefits of China Space Station(CSS).Focusing on the solicitation of CSS utilization proposals,the solicitation sources,the utilization resources and the implementation of the International Space Station U.S.utilization projects were systematically investigated.According to the utilization resources on CSS,nearly 100 projects were estimated to be conducted each year,so it was suggested that new announcement opportunities should be released annually.In addition,to ensure the adequate utilization of the CSS,suggestions were proposed from the aspects of innovative propos-al solicitation mechanisms,the strengthening of the ground studies and the design of the solicitation.
