摘  要:岩巷穿层钻孔既是抽采煤层瓦斯的主要通道,其中蕴藏的地质信息也是恢复煤层形态、预测矿井开采地质条件的重要依据。碎软较难抽采煤层区上向穿层无心钻进的孔壁稳定性差,钻孔轨迹难以控制,允许孔中测井的时间短,影响瓦斯均匀抽采和煤巷条带地质透明化。以平煤股份十三矿己_(15-17)-11110工作面中间低抽巷上向孔为例,运用矿用侧向电阻率视频成像测井技术,研究了钻孔坍塌规律和测井方式与测井参数选择,依托瓦斯抽采孔测井信息预测了工作面煤层厚度与断层。结果表明,煤层厚度越大,或者钻孔与煤层间夹角越小,涉煤段就越长,塌孔时间就越短;与裸眼测井相比,隔管测井取得的自然伽马值不仅能够对钻孔轨迹进行精准控制,而且在工作面内预测了已被回采证实的3条隐伏断层及其伴生的2个煤厚带。研究成果对于高瓦斯突出矿井煤与瓦斯协调开采具有重要的现实指导意义。Hard heading crossing borehole is main road of coal gas drainage,geologic information it contains is important basis to predict mining geological conditions.Upward crossing non-coring drilling in shattered soft drainage hard coal seam area has poor wall stability,borehole track is hard to control,well logging available time short,thus impacted gas uniform drainage and coal road strips geological transparency.Taking the Sixth_(15-17)-11110 working face middle floor drainage road crossing borehole in the Thirteenth Coalmine,Pingdingshan Coal Co.Ltd.as an example,using mine special lateral resistivity vision imaging well logging technology have studied borehole collapse pattern,well logging mode and parameters selection,as well as gas drainage borehole well logging information prediction based working face coal seam thickness and fault etc methods.The results have shown that the larger the coal seam thickness,or the smaller the intersection angle between borehole and coal seam,the longer the crossing coal segment and the shorter the collapse time.Comparing with naked borehole logging,cased borehole logging acquired natural gamma values can not only control accurate borehole track,but also have predicted working face 3 concealed faults and associated 2 coal thick zones,these all verified by coal winning.The study has practical guiding significance on gas outburst mine coal and gas harmonic extraction.
