糖皮质激素应用在老年带状疱疹治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察糖皮质激素在带状疱疹治疗中的疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2020年12月在本院住院的50岁以上带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组:一组为对照组,给予抗病毒治疗及对症处理;另一组为治疗组,在对照组基础上给予糖皮质激素。比较两组皮疹愈合结痂时间、早期疼痛减轻和带状疱疹后遗神经痛等方面的差异。结果激素治疗组在皮疹愈合和结痂时间、早期疼痛减轻方面优于与非激素治疗组,在带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面无明显差异;结论在带状疱疹治疗中可根据情况酌情使用糖皮质激素。Objective To observe the curative effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Herpes zoster patients over 50 years old hospitalized in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:one group was the control group,treated with antiviral treatment and symp⁃tomatic treatment;and the other group was treated with the glucocorticoid treatment based on the control group.We compared the differences between the rash healing time,early pain reduction and herpes zoster poste⁃rior neuralgia in the two groups.Results The hormone therapy group was better than the non-hormone therapy group in rash healing scab time and early pain reduction,but there was no significant difference in herpes zoster posterior shift neuralgia.Conclusion Glucocorticoids should be used in patients with herpes zoster.
