摘  要:对不同矿渣及激发条件配制的6组碱激发矿渣混凝土在硫酸盐及氯离子侵蚀下的耐久性进行了试验研究。混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀及氯离子渗透试验分别采用瑞士标准SIA 262/1附录D及北欧标准NT Build 492所述方法进行。结果表明:与水玻璃配制的碱激发矿渣混凝土相比,氢氧化钾配制的碱激发矿渣混凝土具有更好的抗硫酸盐侵蚀及氯离子渗透性能。通过X射线荧光显微分析混凝土表面的元素分布,显示氢氧化钾激发矿渣可大量固化硫酸根离子。同时,碱激发矿渣的孔结构与氯离子渗透深度的关联程度也较低。以上结果突显了水化产物结合侵蚀离子对碱激发矿渣混凝土耐久性的重要意义。Durability of alkali activated slag concrete in terms of sulfate and cloride attack is determined,for which six mix designs with different kinds of slags and alkali activation conditions were tested.For the durability test,Swiss standard SIA 262/1 Appendix D as well as Nordtest Build 492 were applied to evaluate the performance of the alkali activated slag concretes under sulfate attack,chloride ingress,respectively.The results showed that the mix designs with potassium hydroxide exhibited the lowest expansion under sulfate attack and chloride diffusion coefficient.Micro X-ray fluorescence analysis indicated that sulfate was bound in the binder activated by potassium hydroxide.Pore size distribution analysis further revealed that the low chloride penetration in the binder activated by potassium hydroxide was less relevant to the proportion of moderate to large capillary pores in the binder matrix.These results highlights that binding of the aggressive anions by the hydrates is essential for the durability of alkali activated slag concrete.
