摘  要:研究了掺量0~40%的自燃煤矸石粉对混凝土强度和渗透性能的影响,并探索了养护温度对掺煤矸石粉混凝土力学强度发展的影响。结果发现:自燃煤矸石粉的火山灰活性较低,作为矿物掺合料对混凝土的早期强度、毛细吸水和孔结构均有负面影响,但却能显著提高抗氯离子渗透性和长期耐久性。蒸汽养护可以显著提高自燃煤矸石粉的火山灰活性,使水泥石孔结构细化,混凝土早期强度和抗渗性能改善。It experimentally investigates the influence of self-ignited coal gangue powder with dosage of 0~40%on strength and permeability of cement concrete,and explores the effect of curing temperature on strength development of concrete containing coal gangue.Results show that the cementitious binding of coal gangue powder as mineral admixture was relatively weak,which had negative effect on early-age strength,capillary water absorption and pore structure of concrete.But it significantly improved the resistance to chloride ion penetration.Steam curing can greatly stimulate the pozzolanic activity of coal gangue powder and refine the pore structure of cement matrix,thus enhancing early-age strength and impermeability of concrete.
