摘 要:钢渣是炼钢过程中的副产品,现利用热焖磁选技术解决钢渣安定差、研磨难后,把钢渣加工成钢渣微粉,作为掺合料应用水泥混凝土,提高钢渣综合利用水平。本研究将钢渣微粉取代部分水泥,应用于道路混凝土,进行水泥净浆流动性试验,水泥胶砂、混凝土力学性能试验。研究结果表明:钢渣微粉与高效减水剂兼容性良好,其掺量对净浆流动度有一定不利影响,在钢渣微粉掺量在20%范围内,减水剂掺量在1.3%时为最佳掺量;随着钢渣微粉掺量的增加,水泥砂浆抗折、抗压强度有小范围的波动,但是总体呈下降趋势,混凝土的抗折强度呈逐步减小趋势,而抗压强度总体上呈现先减小后增大趋势;钢渣微粉参与二次水化作用,使胶砂抗折、抗压强度得到补强性增长,因钢渣微粉掺入而引起混凝土的强度损失的影响逐减小。Steel slag is a by-product of the steelmaking process,and using the thermal braising-magnetic separation technology to solve the poor stability of steel slag and the difficulty in grinding,the steel slag is processed into steel slag powder,which is used as an admixture to apply cement concrete to improve the comprehensive utilization of steel slag.In this study,steel slag powder was used to replace part of the cement and applied to road concrete.The fluidity test of cement paste and the mechanical performance test of cement mortar and concrete were carried out.The research results show that the steel slag powder has good compatibility with the superplasticizer,and its content has a certain adverse effect on the fluidity of the net slurry,and when the content of steel slag powder is within 20%,the best content of the superplasticizer is 1.3%.With the increase of steel slag powder content,the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar will fluctuate in a small range,but the overall trend is down,and the flexural strength of concrete is gradually decreasing,and the compressive strength of concrete generally shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The steel slag powder participates in the secondary hydration,which increases the flexural and compressive strength of the mortar,and the impact of the concrete strength loss caused by the incorporation of the steel slag powder is gradually reduced.
