摘 要:传统焙烧烟气净化技术,不能实现污染物全处理,存在废水回用难、危废处理难等问题。新工艺双干法净化技术处理焙烧烟气中的焦油及有机物采用的是炭粉吸附工艺并能循环使用,无二次污染问题。炭粉吸附反应器作为炭粉吸附工艺的关键设备,本文通过建立炭粉吸附反应器模型,利用模拟软件进行气固两相流模拟,研究分析反应器结构参数对内部流场的影响,最终给出优化的反应器结构形式。As for the traditional FTC of baking furnace, the complete treatment of pollutants cannot be achieved, there exist some problems such as the difficult recovery of waste water and difficult treatment of hazardous wastes. The tar and the organism of the baking fume are treated by the char adsorption in the dicyclic cry technology, and the new technology can be reused without secondary pollution. The char adsorption reactor serves as a key equipment of the char adsorption technology. The char adsorption reactor model is established in the paper, and the simulation on gas-solid two-phase flow is carried out with the simulation software, so as to analyze the influence of the reactor structure parameters on the internal flow field, with the optimized structural configuration of reactor proposed in the end.
