摘 要:为了研究磷酸盐和氯化钙对氟污染土壤的稳定化效果,以某关停电解铝企业生产厂区氟污染土壤为供试土壤,将不同磷酸盐和氯化钙按照不同的质量比加入供试土壤中,培养七天后采用毒性浸出法评估磷酸盐和氯化钙对氟污染土壤的稳定化效果。结果表明,单加氯化钙、磷酸盐和氯化钙联用都可以有效降低土壤中氟的浸出浓度。相同添加量下,氯化钙和磷酸氢二钾联用对氟污染土壤的稳定效果优于单加氯化钙。供试土壤中氟的浸出浓度随着修复剂添加量的增加而减少。添加的修复剂为易溶解的、见效快的稳定化材料,氟的稳定率在6~7 d基本趋于稳定。在修复剂添加量为6%时,氟的稳定化率为磷酸氢二钾+氯化钙>磷酸氢二钠+氯化钙>磷酸二氢钠+氯化钙>磷酸三钠+氯化钙>磷酸钙。在同等添加量下,磷酸氢二钾和氯化钙联用对氟污染土壤稳定化效果最好,但在实际应用中,需要结合经济因素选择合适的修复材料。In order to study the stabilization effect of phosphate and calcium chloride on the fluorine-contaminated soil, the fluorine-contaminated soil of one closed aluminum smelter was used as the test soil, and different phosphates and calcium chloride were added as per different mass ratios into the test soil, the toxic leaching method was used to evaluate the stabilization effect of phosphate and calcium chloride on fluorine-contaminated soil after 7 days of incubation. The results showed that the leaching concentration of fluorine in soil could be effectively reduced by the single addition of calcium chloride, or the combined use of calcium chloride and phosphate. At the same addition amount, the stabilization effect of calcium chloride combined with dipotassium hydrogen phosphate was better than that of calcium chloride alone. The fluoride leaching concentration in the soil decreased with the increase of the remediation agent addition. The added reagents were easy to dissolve and effective stabilization materials, and the stabilization rate of fluorine tended to be stable at 6 d~7 d. When the amount of remediation agent was 6%, the stabilization rate of fluoride was dipotassium phosphate + calcium chloride>disodium phosphate + calcium chloride>sodium dihydrogen phosphate + calcium chloride> trisodium phosphate + calcium chloride >calcium phosphate. Under the same amount of addition, the combination of dipotassium phosphate and calcium chloride has the best stabilizing effect on fluorine-contaminated soil. It is necessary to select appropriate remediation materials in combination with economic factors in practical application.
