摘 要:针对目前尚无有效检测方法来确定铝电解槽多点接地故障位置的问题,本文提出一种利用电桥平衡原理检测铝电解槽多点接地故障位置的方法。在铝电解槽发生一点或多点接地故障时,从正方向上观察故障点相应电桥电流幅值和相位的变化特征,通过分析本文得出:电解槽相连两个电桥电流方向由正到负改变,该电解槽有接地故障;对于电桥电流方向都为正或负的情况,只要电解槽相连两个电桥电流幅值出现不均匀减小或增大变化,该电解槽有接地故障。当接地阻抗小于100 kΩ时,所提方法能对电解槽接地故障位置进行正确判断。Aiming at the problem that there is no effective detection method to determine the location of multiple ground faults in aluminum pots, this paper proposes a method to detect the location of multiple ground faults in aluminum pots based on the principle of bridge balance. When one or more ground faults occur in the aluminum pot, the change characteristics of the corresponding bridge current amplitude and phase at the fault point are observed from the positive direction. It is concluded after analysis that if the current direction of the two bridges connected to the pot changes from the positive to the negative, then the pot has a ground fault;for the case where the direction of the bridge current is both positive or negative, as long as the current amplitude of the two bridges connected to the pot is unevenly reduced or increased, then the pot has a ground fault. When the ground impedance is less than 100 kΩ, the proposed method can correctly judge the location of the pot ground fault.
