摘  要:根据自动冲压线偏心式压力机连续模式下的行程功曲线,借助AutoForm软件对某车型顶盖外板拉深成形过程进行了有限元分析,并采用数值积分法对冲压成形力和模具工作行程进行积分,得到零件成形所需的成形功,并与设备对应SPM下的输出能量比较分析。结果表明,在恒定压边力工况下顶盖外板成形功超出设备许可值,生产时设备会产生卸荷。对压边力加载方式进一步研究,提出了变压边力工况条件,模拟了极限条件及变压边力加载条件下的成形效果并现场验证,通过优化成形工序的压边力,改善了零件成形功分布,解决了因成形功不匹配导致设备卸荷的问题,并建立了有效的数学分析模型推导过程。According to stroke work curve of automatic line eccentric press machine in continuous mode,the finite element analysis of the drawing process of the header outer plate was carried out by AutoForm software,and the stamping forming force and die were integrated by numerical integration method to obtain the forming work required by the parts,and the output energy of the equipment at the corresponding SPM were compared and analyzed.The results showed that in the condition of constant blank holder force,the forming work of header outer plate exceeded the allowable value of equipment,and the equipment would be unloaded during production.The way of blank holder force loading was further studied,and the working conditions of variable blank holder force were put forward.The forming effects under limit condition and variable blank holder force loading condition were simulated and verified on site.The problem of equipment unloading caused by mismatching of forming work was solved,and an effective mathematical analysis model was established by optimizing the blank holder force of parts forming process and improving forming work distribution of parts.
