摘  要:介绍了成型塑料外壳上盖注射模的设计,模具定模有4处斜楔滑块抽芯机构,动模有2处斜楔滑块抽芯机构,型芯、型腔板为镶拼结构,并设计了潜伏式推杆浇口、斜向抽芯、推块推出机构,可为成型类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。The design of an injection mould for the top cover of plastic shell with complex structure was introduced.The upper half of the mould had four wegde slider core pulling mechanisms,the lower half had two wegde slider core pulling mechanisms.The core and cavity plate adopted insert structure,and the submarine gate in ejector pin,side core pulling mechanism and ejection mechanism with ejector pad were designed,which provided references for designing the mould for similar parts.
