摘  要:针对某箱包双色手柄上盖的软塑料外观面产生的气穴问题,运用MoldFlow软件对其进行双色注射成型模流分析,结果表明:因为浇口位置设计不合理导致困气位置与熔接表面位置重叠,且位于型腔中部区域,气体无法排除形成气穴。根据模流分析结果改进浇口位置,改善了模具排气,同时论述了模具的设计要点,模具采用旋转型芯的两板模结构,设计了二次推出机构。实际生产证明:修改后的模具工作稳定,成型的塑件外观光滑,满足客户要求。Aiming at solving cavitation problem on the soft plastic surface of the upper cover of the two-color handle of a bag,the software Moldflow was used to analyze the mould flow of two-color injection moulding.The results showed that the trap gas position overlaped with the welding surface position due to the unreasonable design of the gate position,which was located in the middle area of the cavity,so cavitation formed because the gas could not be removed.The gate position and mould exhaust were improved by the results of mould flow analysis.At the same time,the key points of the mould design were discussed.The mould applied the structure of two plates with rotating core,and the secondary pushing mechanism was designed.The actual production had proved that the modified mould worked stably and the product appearance was smooth to meet customer requirements.
