浅析含氟、含氯废气废液焚烧装置中衬塑钢管道设计

摘　　要：通过对衬塑钢管道适用范围、制作方法分类的简要介绍,并结合以往含氟、含氯废气废液焚烧环保装置中的管道设计实例,对衬塑钢管道的设计特点、是否为压力管道、设计中出现过的问题等方面进行了分析探讨。在满足工艺流程及相关规范要求的前提下,对衬塑钢管道的精细化设计,进行了初步探究,继而为以后项目中衬塑钢管道材料及安装成本的降低提供参考。From brief introduction of the applicable scope and fabrication categories of plastic lined steel piping,and exampled with practical design of pipeline in incineration units for waste gases and liquids contented with chlorine and fluorine in environment protection,the characteristics in the design of plastic lined steel pipeline and other issues in the design,such as identification of pressure piping,were analyzed and discussed.Under the condition of meeting the requirements in process and standards and codes,fine design of plastic lined steel pipeline was preliminarily studied and discussed so as to provide some references in reducing the cost in material selection and assembly of plastic lined steel pipeline used in incineration projects.
