临床护理路径在肝硬化合并消化道出血患者中的应用及对肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的体会在肝硬化合并消化道出血患者的临床护理中实施临床护理路径模式的效果和价值。方法此研究借助回顾性方式展开,纳入2020年3月至2021年5月内我院86例肝硬化合并消化道出血患者,遵从“电脑随机分组法”分为对照组(42例,常规护理)和观察组(44例,临床护理路径);观察两组患者护理满意度、出血次数以及护理前后舒适度、负面情绪和肝功能改善情况。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,出血次数少于对照组,出血停止时间短于对照组,P<0.05。与对照组相比,观察组患者舒适度较高,负面情绪较低,睡眠质量和生活质量较好,肝功能各指标改善幅度较大,两组数据相比较均具有显著性,P<0.05。结论对肝硬化合并消化道出血患者开展护理,建议采纳临床护理路径模式,可提高护理效果并改善患者肝功能。Objective To realize the effect and value of clinical nursing pathway model in the clinical nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods This study was carried out retrospectively.86 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were included.They were divided into control group(42 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(44 cases,clinical nursing path)according to the"computer random grouping method".The nursing satisfaction,bleeding times,comfort,negative emotion and improvement of liver function before and after nursing were observed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the number of bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the bleeding stopping time was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had higher comfort,lower negative emotions,better sleep quality and quality of life,and greater improvement in liver function indicators.The comparison between the two groups of data was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion To carry out nursing care for patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding,it is suggested to adopt the clinical nursing path model,which can improve the nursing effect and improve the liver function of patients.
