普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的关于普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特对小儿哮喘进行治疗的临床效果评价。方法将2018年2月至2019年10月,到我院治疗的64例小儿哮喘患儿分为观察组和对照组,均为32例。给予观察组普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特法治疗,给予对照组普米克气雾剂法单纯治疗,比较效果。结果观察组的总有效率比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应率和对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗以后的EFV1、PEF优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的咳嗽消失时间和肺部哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床通过普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘所取得的效果明显优于单纯的普米克气雾剂所取得的效果,值得推荐。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods From February 2018 to October 2019,64 children with asthma who came to our hospital for treatment were divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 32 cases.The observation group was treated with pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast,and the control group was treated with pulmicort aerosol alone,to compare the effects.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was not statistically different from that of the control group(P>0.05);the observation group had excellent EFV1 and PEF after treatment compared with the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the disappearance time of cough and lung wheeze in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma is significantly better than that of pure pulmicort aerosol,and it is worth recommending.
