综合治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的疗效。方法选择朝阳县中心医院收治的100例小儿喘息性肺炎患儿为研究对象,时间为2017年1月至2018年10月。随机进行分组,对照组采取布地奈德治疗,综合组采取布地奈德+沙丁胺醇+异丙托溴铵治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果综合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。综合组小儿各项临床指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。综合组和对照组药物不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论小儿喘息性肺炎患儿采用布地奈德+沙丁胺醇+异丙托溴铵进行治疗的效果确切,可促使患儿肺功能和血气指标的改善,促使患儿康复进程加速,进而有效改善患儿的病情,缩短治疗时间。Objective To explore the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of infantile asthma pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with asthma pneumonia were selected from January 2017 to October 2018.In the randomized group,control group was treated with budesonide,and comprehensive group were treated with budesonide+salbutamol+ipratropium bromide.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The clinical indicators of children in the comprehensive group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the comprehensive group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In children with asthmatic pneumonia,the treatment of budesonide+salbutamol+ipratropium bromide has a definite effect,which can promote the improvement of lung function and blood gas indicators,thereby effectively improving the child's condition and accelerating the child's recovery process,shorten the treatment time.
