改良切缝引流术治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良切缝引流术治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2018年1月我院收治的46例肛周化脓性汗腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组平均为23例,对照组采取去顶开窗术治疗,观察组采取改良切缝引流术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间,随访1年,记录复发率。结果治疗总有效率,观察组、对照组分别为95.65%、82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间以及创面愈合时间均短于对照组,随访1年,观察组、对照组复发率分别为0、8.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛周化脓性汗腺炎患者采取改良切缝引流术治疗效果显著,可缩短疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间以及创面愈合时间,并降低复发率,进一步促进患者手术预后效果的改善,值得采纳及应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of modified suture drainage for perianal suppurative sweating adenitis.Methods A total of 46 patients with perianal suppurative sweating adenitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study from January 2013 to January 2018.They were further divided into two groups by random number table method,with an average of 23 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with open fenestration and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified suture drainage.The clinical efficacy,pain disappearance time,edema disappearance time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups of patients,followed up for 1 year,and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.65% and 82.61% respectively(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time,edema disappearance time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.After one year of follow-up,the recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were 0 and 8.11% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of improved incision and drainage in patients with perianal suppurative hidrosis is remarkable.It can shorten the disappearance time of pain,edema and wound healing time,reduce the recurrence rate,and further promote the improvement of surgical prognosis.It is worthy of adoption and application.
