肾结石患者应用超微经皮肾镜与输尿管软镜治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨肾结石采取超微经皮肾镜与输尿管软镜治疗的有效性的及安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月收治的100例肾结石患者为研究对象,按照随机数据原则分为对照组及观察组,对照组采取输尿管软镜治疗,观察组采取超微经皮肾镜治疗,比较两组疗效、手术状况以及术后并发症。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组为96.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量及结石清除率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为8.00%,观察组为6.00%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)时间。结论肾结石治疗中采取超微经皮肾镜治疗效果优于输尿管软镜治疗,临床可根据患者具体情况优先选择。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultramicroscopic percutaneous nephroscopy and soft ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney stones admitted from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random data.The control group was treated with soft ureteroscopy,and the observation group was treated with ultrafine percutaneous nephroscopy.The efficacy,surgical status and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group and 96.00% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation time,operation intraoperative blood loss and stone clearance rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 8.00% in the control group and 6.00% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultramicroscopic percutaneous nephroscopy is better than soft ureteroscopy in the treatment of kidney stones,and it can be preferred according to the specific conditions of patients.
