鼻内镜下手术治疗外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔偏曲的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析探究在外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔偏患者的临床治疗过程中,应用鼻内镜下手术治疗方式的作用效果。方法选择40例外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔偏曲患者作为样本,分为两组。对照组患者实施常规手术方案,观察组患者实施鼻内镜下手术治疗方案,对比两组患者的手术指标以及术后恢复情况。结果经统计分析发现,观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后在总体健康、生理功能、社会功能、情感职能以及精神健康方面的评分,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组的手术治疗有效率与术后并发症发生率两项指标,也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗方案,在外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔偏曲患者临床治疗中的应用效果明显,可以有效提升手术治疗有效率和改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic surgery on the treatment of traumatic nasal bone fractures with nasal septum deviation.Methods Forty patients with traumatic nasal bone fracture and nasal septum deviation were selected as samples and divided into two groups.Patients in the control group underwent routine surgical procedures,and patients in the observation group underwent endoscopic surgery.The surgical parameters and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results Statistical analysis showed that the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall health,physiological function,social function,emotional function and mental health scores were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the effective rate of surgical treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were also better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic surgical treatment is effective in the clinical treatment of traumatic nasal bone fracture with nasal septum deviation,which can effectively improve the efficiency of surgical treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.
