摘　　要：目的探究B-Lynch缝合术对产后出血患者的治疗效果。方法挑选本院分娩时发生产后出血的产妇124例,分为两组,各62例。对照组实施常规纱布填塞法进行止血,试验组实施B-Lynch缝合术实现止血,对比两组手术各项指标、术后2周内并发症发生情况,以及术前、术后血红蛋白变化情况和产后24 h的出血量。结果试验组的住院时间比对照组短,术中出血量比对照组少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的手术时间与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组并发症的总发生率明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组的血红蛋白对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与术前相比,术后两组的血红蛋白均有所下降,且试验组的血红蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组产后24 h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对分娩时发生产后出血的产妇实施B-Lynch缝合术,不仅能有效减少术中出血量、产后24 h出血量,缩短住院时间,还能明显降低并发症的发生率和血红蛋白水平,临床效果好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of B-Lynch suture on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 124 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected in this hospital,which were divided into two groups of 62 cases.The control group performed routine gauze filling to stop bleeding,and the experimental group performed B-Lynch suture to achieve hemostasis.The two groups were compared with each other in terms of surgical indications,the occurrence of complications within 2 weeks after surgery,and the changes in hemoglobin before and after surgery.And the amount of bleeding 24 hours after delivery.Results The time of hospitalization was shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,and the bleeding was less in the operation than in the control group(P<0.05).The time of operation in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no difference in hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with preoperative surgery,hemoglobin decreased in both groups,and the hemoglobin was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The B-Lynch suture can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and 24 hours after delivery,shorten the time of hospitalization,and significantly reduce the occurrence of complications and hemoglobin levels.The clinical effect is good.
