小剂量阿托伐他汀钙联合常规方法治疗冠心病心力衰竭对患者血流动力学及心功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究小剂量阿托伐他汀钙联合常规方法治疗冠心病心力衰竭对患者血流动力学指标、心功能的影响。方法选择接受我院治疗的冠心病心力衰竭患者中的80例进行分组治疗,依据数字表法对入上80例患者实施分组,对照组患者使用常规疗法进行治疗,观察组则在常规疗法之上增加使用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙进行治疗,各40例。在治疗结束后对两组患者的血液流动力学指标以及心功能指标差异进行对比分析。结果两组在治疗前对比各项心功能指标以及血流动力学指标,结果均提示差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的各项指标,与对照组相比均改善效果更佳,对比有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心力衰竭患者常规治疗基础上为患者增加使用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙进行治疗有利于提高治疗效果,改善患者的血流动力学以及心功能,应用效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze and study the effects of low-dose atorvastatin calcium combined with conventional methods on hemodynamics and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to hospital for treatment from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected for grouping treatment.According to the digital table method,80 patients were divided into groups.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while patients in the observation group were additionally treated with low-dose atorvastatin calcium in addition to conventional therapy,with 40 patients in each group.After the treatment,the differences of blood flow mechanics indexes and cardiac function indexes between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,the two groups compared various cardiac function indexes and hemodynamic indexes.The results showed that the difference was not obvious and had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the patients in the observation group are better than those in the control group,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,increasing the use of low-dose atorvastatin calcium for patients is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect,hemodynamics and cardiac function of patients.The application effect is significant and is worthy of clinical application.
