小儿喘息性支气管炎患者采取舒适护理的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿喘息性支气管炎患者采取舒适护理的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳市第一人民医院儿科治疗的80例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组40例患儿提供传统护理结合舒适护理模式,对照组40例患儿采取传统护理方法,对两组患儿的治疗效果及护理满意度进行比较。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿采取舒适护理可以改善治疗效果,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the significance of comfort care for children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients with asthmatic bronchitis from January 2018 to January 2019 in the department of pediatrics,First People's Hospital of Shenyang were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,40 children in the experimental group were provided with traditional nursing combined with comfortable nursing mode,the control group of 40 pediatric patients with traditional nursing methods,two groups of pediatric patients treatment effect and nursing satisfaction score were compared.Results The effective rate score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of pediatric patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis patients.
