摘 要:通过磁场调控含圆孔的钢纤维增强水泥基板中钢纤维的方向和分布密度,使孔周围的钢纤维与板在拉伸状态下的主应力方向一致、钢纤维分布密度增加,制备出定向分布钢纤维增强水泥基圆孔板。并测试比较了不同钢纤维分布形式的圆孔板的抗拉强度、拉伸功和轴拉韧性,分析了钢纤维方向对钢纤维增强水泥基圆孔板轴拉性能的影响。结果表明,纤维掺量相同时,定向分布钢纤维增强水泥基圆孔板的抗拉强度、拉伸功和轴拉韧性比明显高于随机乱向钢纤维增强水泥基圆孔板。The direction and distribution density of steel fibers in a steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite plate with holes can be controlled by using a magnetic field.Steel fibers distributed along the direction of the principal stress of the plate in the tensile state and the distribution density of steel fibers increased around the hole.Based on this,the aligned steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite plate with holes was prepared.The mechanical properties including uniaxial tensile strength,tensile work and uniaxial tensile toughness of round-hole plates with different distribution of steel fibers were tested and compared.The influence of steel fiber orientation on the uniaxial tensile properties of steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite plate with holes was analyzed.The results showed that the uniaxial tensile strength,tensile work and uniaxial tensile toughness of aligned steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite plate with holes were significantly greater than that of randomly distributed steel fiber reinforced cementitious composite round-hole plate with the same steel fiber volume fraction.
