摘 要:超高强度纤维增强混凝土是通过混合钢纤维来改善弱拉伸特性的材料,因此具备了高强度、高韧性的特性。为了详细分析在现场施工中常常使用的常温硬化型超高强度纤维增强混凝土的基本性质,在本研究中,将各种纤维混合到高强度灰浆中,并对不同的纤维的种类以及不同混合比例对常温硬化型超高强度纤维增强混凝土的基本特性产生的影响进行了分析,以确定其适用性。研究结果表明:非金属纤维混和并不会导致强度显著增加,而混合短长度的铜纤维可以满足设计要求的强度。本研究可为今后混凝土施工以及维护管理提供一些参考。Ultra-high strength fiber reinforced concrete is one kind of material that improves weak tensile properties by mixing steel fibers,so it has high strength and high toughness.In order to analyze the basic properties of normal temperature curing type ultra-high-strength fiber-reinforced concrete that has been often used in field construction.In this study,various fibers were mixed into high-strength mortar,and the effects of different fiber types and different mixing ratios on the basic characteristics of normal temperature curing type ultra-high-strength fiber-reinforced concrete were analyzed to determine their applicability.The research results show that the blending of non-metallic fibers does not lead to a significant increase in strength,and the blending of short-length copper fibers can meet the strength required by the design.It can provide some references for future concrete construction and maintenance management.
