德国柏林市公厕管理对北京市的启示

摘　　要：随着北京市持续推进"厕所革命",公厕数量增加,公厕品质明显提升。醒目的标识、整洁的环境、冬暖夏凉的空间,公厕已不单单是满足生理代谢的简陋场所,还兼有卫生整理、休息、文化、商业和审美等功能。但由于公厕主要是政府建设,在公厕管理上还存在一定的问题。通过介绍德国柏林公厕的现状、柏林公厕相关的标准和法律法规、类型与规范,总结了柏林市公厕管理经验,解析其成功之处,为北京市的公厕建设提出一些建议。With the continuous improvement of Toilet Revolution,the number of public toilets has increased and the quality of public toilets has improved significantly.With eye-catching signs,clean environment,and a space that is warm in winter and cool in summer,public toilets are not only a simple place for physiological metabolism,but also have functions such as hygiene,rest,culture,commerce and aesthetics.However,as public toilets are mainly constructed by the government,there are still certain problems in the management of public toilets.So the status quo of public toilets,the related standards,laws and regulations,types and specifications of public toilets in Berlin were introduced.And the management experience of public toilets in Berlin was summarized to analyze its successes,so as to provide some suggestions for the construction of public toilets in Beijing.
