摘 要:对苏州工业园区餐厨垃圾的各类产生源进行了调查与研究,基本摸清了区内现阶段餐厨垃圾重点产生源、年产生总量及其变化趋势。目前,区内餐厨垃圾日均产生量约250 t/d以上,且各基层收集片区产生的餐厨垃圾在年度、季节及节假日的分布规律及行业分布存在显著差异。在区内餐厨垃圾产生源采用逐点收运模式中,收运车型的载荷及派单方式是影响餐厨垃圾收运过程年运输总里程、百公里油耗、吨垃圾运输成本及吨垃圾总成本的关键因素。其中,采用3 t与5 t车型联合派单为实际最优方案,其百公里油耗、吨餐厨垃圾油耗及吨收运成本年均值分别为25.36 L、3.14 L及127元。通过对餐厨垃圾进行"源头收集、分区转运"的收运模式管理,经迪克斯特拉算法对园区餐厨垃圾运输路线优化,研究结果显示,5 t及以上车型作为中转运输车辆可比现行方案再节约运行成本30%以上。The generate sources of food waste in Suzhou industrial park were investigated and studied,and the key generate sources,annual total amount and extension trend of food waste in the area at the present stage were basically found out.At present,the daily production of food waste in the area was more than 250 t/d,and in each grass-roots collection area,there were significant differences in the annual,seasonal and holiday distribution law and industry distribution of food waste.In the point by point collection and transportation mode of food waste in the district,the load of collection and transportation vehicles and the way of sending orders were the key factors that could affect the total annual transportation mileage,fuel consumption per 100 km,transportation cost per ton of waste and total cost per ton of waste.Among them,the combined dispatching of 3-ton and 5-ton vehicles was the actual optimal scheme.The annual average fuel consumption per 100 km,fuel consumption per ton of food waste and collection and transportation cost per ton were 25.36 L,3.14 L and 127 RMB,respectively.Through the management of"source collection and partition of transportation"of the collection and transportation mode of food waste,and the optimization of transportation route of food waste in the park by Dijkstra algorithm,the research results showed that the operation cost of5-ton and above as transportation vehicles could save more than 30%compared with the current scheme.
