摘  要:通过有限元软件建立受电弓三维有限元模型,结合断裂分析软件Franc3D研究受电弓上框架尾部疲劳裂纹的扩展特性,并对常温、大气环境以及腐蚀环境下疲劳裂纹扩展寿命进行预测。结果表明:当受电弓上框架尾部已产生2 mm的表面裂纹时,继续扩展至表面长度约为15 mm时将会穿透管壁;对于常温、大气环境,疲劳裂纹从2 mm的表面裂纹扩展为50 mm的穿透裂纹所对应的运行里程约为24万公里;在腐蚀环境下,表面裂纹扩展至相同长度对应的运行里程约为3.19万公里。The three-dimensional finite element model of the pantograph was established by the finite element software,and the propagation characteristics of fatigue crack at the end of the upper frame for the pantograph were studied by the fracture analysis software Franc3 D.The fatigue crack propagation life under normal temperature,atmospheric environment and corrosion environment were predicted.The results show that when a 2 mm surface crack has been produced at the end of pantograph upper frame,it will penetrate the pipe wall when it continues to expand to a surface length of about 15 mm.For normal temperature and atmospheric environment,the operation mileage of fatigue crack extension from 2 mm surface crack to 50 mm through crack is about 240000 km.In the corrosive environment,the operation mileage of surface cracks extension to the same length is about31900 km.
