摘  要:为改善编织时高支羊毛纱线易断纱、薄型羊毛面料强力不达标等问题,同时丰富羊毛运动服面料的品种,将高强锦纶6短纤维与羊毛混纺,采用精纺工艺纺制一批羊毛/高强锦纶6混纺纱线,开发出一组纬平针和单面珠地网眼结构的轻薄型羊毛/高强锦纶6混纺运动服面料,同时制备一组羊毛/涤纶、羊毛/普通锦纶纬平针面料进行性能对比。对面料的顶破强力、耐磨性、起毛起球性、刚柔性、热传递性、透气性、透湿性及液态水分管理能力进行测试,并利用模糊数学的方法对面料的服用性能进行综合评价。结果表明:新开发的羊毛/高强锦纶6运动服面料具有优异的顶破强力和耐磨性能,其中羊毛/高强锦纶6纬平针面料的综合服用性能最佳。In order to improve the problems of high-count wool yarns breaking easily during knitting and the strength of thin wool fabrics are not up to standard,and at the same time to enrich the varieties of wool sportswear fabrics,high-strength nylon 6 staple fiber was blended with wool,and a batch of wool/high strength nylon 6 blended yarn was spun by worsted spinning technology.Then,a set of light and thin wool/high strength nylon 6 blended sportswear fabric with single bead mesh structure was developed.Furthermore,a set of wool/polyester,wool/nylon weft plain knitted fabrics were prepared to take performance comparison.Next,the bursting strength,abrasion resistance,fuzzing and pilling,rigidity and flexibility,heat transfer,air permeability,moisture permeability and liquid moisture management capabilities of the fabric were tested,and the wearability of the fabric was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics method.The results show that the newly developed wool/high strength nylon 6 sportswear fabric has excellent breaking strength and wear resistance,among which the comprehensive wearability of wool/high strength nylon 6 knitted plain needle fabric is the best.
