摘  要:为了研究石榴皮染料的最佳提取工艺,采用破壁机分别在60、70、80、90℃时处理12、18、24、30、36、42 min提取石榴皮染料,分析其吸光度,得知最佳提取条件为80℃提取40 min。对提取的染料进行4组染色实验,第1组为酶处理铝离子媒染实验,第2组为酶处理直接染实验,第3、4组实验为第1、2组实验未进行酶处理的对照实验组。结果表明:棉针织物在经过纤维素酶预处理后,织物强力和耐磨性没有产生很大损伤,石榴皮染料在该织物上的上染百分率得以提高,其色牢度符合要求,采用纤维素酶处理铝媒染比纤维素酶处理直接染方法更佳。In order to study the optimum extraction process of granatum dyes,the wall breaking machine was used to extract granatum dyes at 12,18,24,30,36,42 min at 60,70,80,90℃,respectively.The absorbance was analyzed,and the optimum extraction conditions were 40 min and 80℃.Four groups of dyeing experiments were carried out.The first group was enzyme treated aluminum ion mordant dyeing experiment.The second group was enzyme treated direct dyeing experiment.The third and fourth groups were the control experimental groups without enzyme treatment.The results show that after pretreated by cellulase,the strength and wear resistance of the cotton knitted fabric has no great damage,the dye uptake is improved,and the color fastness can meet the requirements.The aluminum mordant dyeing with cellulase treatment is better than direct dyeing.
