硕通镜联合输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的研究

摘　　要：目的研究硕通镜联合输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的效果。方法选择从2018年1月至2020年5月在我院接受手术治疗的上尿路结石患者200例纳入观察。由随机数表法将患者划分成观察组及对照组各100例,为对照组给予输尿管软镜辅助碎石手术,为观察组给予硕通镜联合输尿管软镜辅助碎石术,随访1个月,对比两组手术指标,二期手术率及结石清除率,以及并发症。结果观察组的手术时间和碎石时间,以及住院时间均较对照组更少(P<0.05),两组的手术出血量相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组的结石清除率较对照组明显更高,而二期手术率较对照组明显更低(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的总发生率是1.00%,较对照组的7.00%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论利用硕通镜以及输尿管软镜联合治疗上尿路结石的总体效果较好,安全性也较高,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Shuotong ureteroscope combined with flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods From January 2018 to May 2020,200 cases of upper urinary calculi were observed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 100 cases in each group,for the control group,the flexible ureteroscope assisted lithotripsy was given,and the observation group was givenShuotong ureteroscope combined with flexible ureteroscope assisted lithotripsy,followed up for 1 month.The operative indexes,the second stage operation rate,the stone clearance rate and the complications were compared.Results The operation time,lithotripsy time and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the stone clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher,while the second stage operation rate was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).And the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.00%,which was significantly lower than control group of 7.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of upper urinary calculi with Shuotong ureteroscope and flexible ureteroscope is effective and safe,so it is worth popularizing.
