以就业为导向的大学生职业发展教育资源库建设探析

摘　　要：我国高校职业发展教育起步较晚,大学生职业发展教育资源库建设工作尚处于待发展和完善阶段,其作用和效果还没有得到充分发挥。现阶段,高校毕业生逐年增多,就业困难加剧。在复杂严峻的就业形势下,强化对大学生职业发展教育资源库的认知,了解和梳理其建设现状,提出建设以就业为导向的大学生职业发展教育资源库合理化路径,能更好地整合大学生职业发展教育资源,打造高质量的就业服务平台,进一步拓宽毕业生就业信息渠道,促进大学生更加充分更高质量就业。China's vocational development education started late.The construction of college students'vocational development education resource database is still in the stage of development and improvement,and its role and effect has not been fully played.At present,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year and the employment difficulties are becoming more and more severe.In the complex and severe employment situation,it is advisable to strengthen the cognition of college students'career development education resource database,understand and sort out its construction status,put forward the reasonable path of the construction of employment-oriented college students'career development education resource database,which can better integrate college students'career development education resources,create high-quality employment service platform,further broaden the employment information channels for graduates,and promote college students to get more full and higher quality employment.
