摘  要:目的探讨河南省医护人员出勤主义行为和工作绩效状况,以及两者的关系。方法采用随机抽样法对河南省三所医院的357名医护人员进行问卷调查,包括一般资料、出勤行为得分和工作绩效情况等。比较不同特征人员的出勤主义行为和工作绩效状况。采用Pearson系数分析出勤主义与工作绩效得分的关系。结果收回有效问卷346份,河南省医护人员出勤主义行为和工作绩效得分分别为(6.25±1.60)、(78.97±7.71)分。不同职称、每月夜班次数的人员的出勤主义行为得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同职务、职称、每月夜班次数的人员的工作绩效得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出勤主义行为得分与工作绩效得分无关(r=0.293,P>0.05)。结论河南省医护人员出勤主义行为和工作绩效的得分均较高。职称、每月夜班次数与出勤主义行为有关。职务、职称、每月夜班次数与工作绩效有关。出勤主义行为与工作绩效无关。Objective To explore the attendance behavior and work performance of medical staff in Henan Province,and the relationship between them.Methods A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 357 medical staff in three hospitals in Henan Province,including general information,attendance behavior scores and work performance.The attendance behavior and job performance of people with different characteristics were compared.Pearson coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between attendance and work performance score.Results A total of 346 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The scores of attendance behavior and work performance of medical staff in Henan Province were(6.25±1.60)and(78.97±7.71)points,respectively.There were statistical differences in the scores of attendance behavior for the personnels of different job titles and the number of night shifts per month(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the work performance scores of personnels of different positions,titles and the number of night shifts per month(P<0.05).The score of attendance behavior had no correlation with the score of work performance(r=0.293,P>0.05).Conclusion The scores of attendance behavior and work performance of medical staff in Henan Province are higher.The job title and the number of night shifts per month are related to attendance behavior.Positions,titles and the number of night shifts per month are related to work performance.There is no correlation between attendance behavior and job performance.
