臭氧自体血回输疗法联合来氟米特对类风湿关节炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧自体血回输疗法联合来氟米特对类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月就诊于郑州人民医院的90例类风湿关节炎患者。根据治疗方法将患者分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。给予对照组患者来氟米特治疗,给予观察组患者臭氧自体血回输联合来氟米特治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果。分别于治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行膝关节疼痛情况评分。比较两组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分降低,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清TNF-α、IL-1β和CRP水平降低,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-1β和CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧自体血回输疗法联合来氟米特能够有效减轻类风湿关节炎患者的疼痛感,改善血清炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of ozone autologous blood transfusion combined with leflunomide on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were admitted to Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The patients in control group were treated with leflunomide,while the patients in observation group were treated with ozone autologous blood transfusion combined with leflunomide.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to score knee pain before and after treatment.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and C reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS in the two groups decreased,and the score of VAS in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1β and CRP in the two groups decreased,and the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1β and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy combined with leflunomide can effectively relieve the pain of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and improve the clinical efficacy.
