基体组成对水热制备自支撑沸石块体性能影响的研究

摘  要:以制备自支撑FAU型沸石为目标,通过在偏高岭土中内掺粉煤灰或矿渣水热制备自支撑沸石块体,并采用抗压强度测试、XRD、SEM、BET吸附等方法对其力学性能、物相组成、微观结构和孔结构进行表征。研究表明:设定条件2 mol/L的NaOH溶液中90℃水热处理24 h时,地质聚合物试块在偏高岭土基上内掺矿渣能显著提高水热产物的强度,同时除生成八面沸石晶体外,还生成了A型沸石,但会降低其孔结构参数,且掺矿渣后会有干燥开裂现象;而采用在偏高岭土基上内掺粉煤灰的试块抗压强度增加幅度不大,且其中沸石晶化程度较低。In the preparation of self-supporting FAU zeolites as the goal,self-supporting zeolite blocks were prepared by hydrothermal treatment of metakaolin with fly ash or slag.Compressive strength test,XRD,SEM,BET adsorption and a series of methods were used to characterize the effects on the mechanical property,phase composition,microstructure and pore structure characteristics.The results show when hydrothermal treat in 90℃2 mol/L NaOH solution for 24 h,adding slag into geopolymer test block on metakaolin base can significantly improve the strength of hydrothermal products.At the same time,in addition to faujasite crystals,type A zeolite is also generated,but it will reduce its pore structure parameters and arise a phenomenon of dry cracking;however,if the metakaolin base is mixed with fly ash,the compressive strength of the test block increases little and the degree of crystallization of the zeolite is not high.
