摘  要:将生活垃圾焚烧炉底渣作为干硬性混凝土的集料使用能够在一定程度解决生活垃圾焚烧炉底渣的处置问题。通过维勃稠度实验、圆柱体抗压以及干燥收缩实验研究了炉底渣对干硬性混凝土力学性能以及干燥收缩的影响,并分析了作用机理。结果表明,炉底渣作为干硬性混凝土细集料具有一定可行性,炉底渣取代率大于30%时用水量急剧上升,掺30%炉底渣使干硬性混凝土的28 d抗压强度较空白组降低22.1%,7、14、28 d干燥收缩值较空白组分别减小了2.24%、8.73%、9.04%。这主要是由于炉底渣本身具有的高吸水率以及由于炉底渣掺入导致干硬性混凝土中产生了碱-硅凝胶。Using the bottom slag of domestic waste incinerator as the aggregate of dry concrete can solve the problem of disposal of bottom slag of domestic waste incinerator to a certain extent.In this paper,the effects of MSW incinerator bottom slag on the mechanical properties and drying shrinkage of dry hard concrete are studied through Weibull consistency test,cylinder compression test and drying shrinkage test,and the mechanism of this effect is analyzed.The experimental results show that domestic waste incineration slag is feasible as fine aggregate of dry hard concrete.When the content of bottom slag is higher than 30%,the water consumption increases sharply.Adding 30%bottom slag reduces the 28 d strength of dry hard concrete by 22.1%,and the drying shrinkage values at 7 d,14 d and 28 d are reduced by 2.24%,8.73%and 9.04%respectively.This is mainly due to the high water absorption of the bottom slag of MSW incinerator and the alkali silica gel produced in the dry concrete due to the incorporation of bottom slag.
