摘  要:选用环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯以及氯化橡胶4种涂料对混凝土进行表面处理。测试了4种有机涂层对混凝土吸水率、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并研究了有机涂层在硫酸盐干湿循环以及冻融循环试验条件下对混凝土的防护作用。结果表明:混凝土涂覆有机涂料后,其吸水率、氯离子扩散系数显著降低;经150次硫酸盐干湿循环后,涂覆有机涂料的混凝土抗压强度耐蚀系数均达88%以上,比空白样提高17~28个百分点;SEM分析表明,有机涂层能有效屏蔽硫酸盐对混凝土的侵蚀,显著减少混凝土内部结晶体的生成;4种涂层中以聚氨酯对混凝土在盐渍环境下的防护性能最佳,可使混凝土的抗冻等级由F150提升至F300以上。Four kinds of coatings including epoxy resin,polyurethane,acrylic ester and chlorinated rubber were used to treat the surface of concrete.The effects of the above four organic coatings on water absorption and chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete were tested,and the protective effects of organic coatings on concrete under the conditions of dry/wet sulfate cycle and freeze-thaw cycle were studied.The experimental results show that the water absorption and chloride ion migration coefficient of concrete are reduced obviously after the surface treatment of organic coating.After 150 sulfate cycle tests,the compressive strength loss coefficient of concrete coated with organic coating is kept above 88%,which is 17~28 percentage points higher than that of the control group without coating.Among them,SEM observation shows that the organic coating can effectively shield the corrosion of sulfate on concrete,and significantly reduce the formation of crystals in concrete.The organic coating can increase the frost resistance of concrete from F150 to more than F300.Among the four kinds of coatings,polyurethane coating has the best protective performance for concrete in saline environment.
