摘 要:微波合成技术具有快速、高效、安全等特点,采用微波辅助合成法,以反应性良好的马来酸二甲酯部分替代丙烯酸作为减水剂合成的小单体,以丙烯酸、马来酸二甲酯、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚为主要原料合成聚羧酸减水剂MW-PCE;同时,采用常规水浴法合成减水剂CHS-PCE。对比研究MW-PCE、CHS-PCE的红外光谱、收率、表面张力、分散性和流变性。结果表明:掺加MW-PCE和CHS-PCE后,水的表面张力明显降低;MW-PCE的初始和经时分散性均优于CHS-PCE;掺MW-PCE水泥浆体的屈服应力小于掺CHS-PCE的,且均小于空白水泥浆体。Microwave synthesis technology has the characteristics of rapidity,high efficiency and safety.In this study,microwave-assisted synthesis method was used,in which acrylic acid was partially replaced by dimethyl maleate with good reactivity,and polycarboxylate superplasticizer MW-PCE was synthesized with acrylic acid,dimethyl maleate and terminal alkylene polyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene ether as main raw materials.Meanwhile,superplasticizer CHS-PCE was synthesized by conventional water bath method.The infrared spectrum,yield and surface tension of MW-PCE and CHS-PCE,as well as the fluidity and rheological properties of cement paste were compared.The study found that after adding MW-PCE,the drop of surface tension is very obvious.The initial and temporal dispersion performance of cement paste with MW-PCE is better than that of CHS-PCE.Through the TOC adsorption performance test,the saturated adsorption capacity of MW-PCE on the surface of cement particles is larger than that of CHS-PCE.The yield stress of cement paste with MW-PCE is smaller than that of CHS-PCE,and both smaller than that of the control paste.
