摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)、2,-烯丙基-2,-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)及异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)为共聚单体,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐(V50)为引发剂,通过水溶液自由基共聚合成了一种与聚羧酸减水剂相容性好、能显著改善混凝土离析泌水现象的和易性改善剂WMA。系统地研究了共聚单体摩尔比、引发剂用量、聚合温度、聚合浓度等对产物黏度及与减水剂复配后分散性能的影响。结果表明:当n(AA)∶n(AMPS)∶n(DMAM)∶n(TPEG)=1∶2∶3∶0.5,V50用量为单体总质量的2%,反应温度为50℃,聚合浓度为20%时,合成的WMA与聚羧酸减水剂复配后分散性能最佳,能显著改善混凝土的工作性能,并在一定程度上提高混凝土的抗压强度。A novel workability modifier for concrete with excellent polycarboxylate superplasticizer compatibility was prepared by aqueous radical polymerization of acrylic acid(AA),2-allyl-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAM)and isopentenepolyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)as comonomer and 2,2'-azobis[2-methylpropionamidine(V50)as initiator,which could significantly improve the concrete segregation and bleeding phenomenon.Effects of molar ratio of co-monomer,initiator dosage,polymerization temperature and polymerization concentration on the viscosity of the product and the dispersibility of superplasticizer after mixing with water reducing agent were systematically studied.The results show that when the AA∶AMPS∶DMAM∶TPEG(molar ratio)=1∶2∶3∶0.5,V50 dosage is 2%of total comonomer mass,reaction temperature is 50℃,polymerization at the con-centration of 20%,samples mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer show best dispersity performance,can significantly improve the performance of concrete and increase the compressive strength of concrete in a certain extent.
