摘 要:根据银川城镇办公建筑节能现状,对建筑节能优化设计进行了一系列的研究,通过试验定量分析了外围护结构对能耗的影响程度,根据文献调研的结果建立了基准办公建筑模型。运用Design Builder能耗模拟软件和Matlab遗传算法工具箱,建立了办公建筑能耗模型与数学模型。提出了当地办公建筑外围护结构的设计参数优化值和构造方式,可为今后银川地区办公建筑节能优化研究提供了方法借鉴。Based on the present situation of office building energy saving in Yinchuan,this paper makes a series of research on the optimization design of office building energy saving.The influence degree of external envelope structure on the energy consumption are analyzed quantitatively by orthogonal experiment.A benchmark office building model is established based on the results of literature research.The energy consumption model and mathematical model of office building are established by using Design Builder energy consumption simulation software and Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox.This paper proposes the design parameter optimization value and construction mode of the external envelope structure of local office buildings,which provides a reference for the energy saving optimization research of office buildings in Yinchuan in the future.
