摘　　要：老龄化已成为全国人口发展趋势的一个重要特点,面对人口老龄化、疾病谱改变、未富先老和少子化等问题的不断冲击,我国面临的养老问题愈加凸显。在老龄化背景下对我国老年人社区卫生服务需求进行分析和探索卫生服务需求影响因素有利于提供针对性卫生服务,达到提升服务效率、促进健康养老的目的。Aging has become an important feature of the national population development trend,facing with the constant impact of population aging,disease spectrum change,aging before getting rich,and declining birthrate,China is encountered with more and more prominent issue of elderly care.Under the background of aging,the analysis of community health service demand of the elderly in China and the exploration of influencing factors of health service demand are conducive to providing targeted health services,improving service efficiency,and promoting health for the aged.
