摘 要:主要介绍了石油悬浮床加氢与石油沸腾床加氢两种催化裂化技术,对两种加氢裂化技术的应用现状、技术特点和经济指标进行了详细分析,并对两者的研发新进展进行了综述。结果表明,石油的沸腾床加氢裂化技术仍然是目前最成熟的石油高效转化方式。石油悬浮床加氢催化裂化技术的实际应用范围上不如石油沸腾床加氢催化裂化技术,但是相比于沸腾床加氢裂化技术的优势是具有比较高的转化率。The article mainly introduces the two catalytic cracking technologies of petroleum suspension bed hydrogenation and petroleum fluidized bed hydrogenation.The application status,technical characteristics and economic indicators of the two hydrocracking technologies are analyzed in detail,and the new developments in the research and development of the two are carried out.A review was made.The results show that the fluidized bed hydrocracking technology of petroleum is still the most mature high-efficiency conversion method of petroleum.The actual application range of petroleum suspension bed hydrocatalytic cracking technology is not as good as petroleum fluidized bed hydrocatalytic cracking technology,but compared with fluidized bed hydrocracking technology,the advantage is that it has a relatively high conversion rate.
