摘　　要：罗茨流量计是专门用于管道气体或液体连续或间接测量的高精度计量仪器,具有精度高、可靠性好、寿命长、噪音小等多重特点,与天然气等具有极强的相适应,广泛应用于石油、化工、天然气测量等领域。不过也正因为罗茨流量计具有较强的功能特性,其工作原理也相对复杂,一旦出现故障,会对计量结果产生巨大的影响。所以对罗茨流量计故障原因进行分析,并找到其对应的解决对策,对于罗茨流量计的应用至关重要。Roots flowmeter is a high-precision measuring instrument specially used for continuous or indirect measurement of pipeline gas or liquid.It has multiple characteristics such as high accuracy,good reliability,long life,and low noise.It is highly compatible with natural gas,etc.,Is widely used in petroleum,chemical,natural gas measurement and other fields.However,it is precisely because the Roots flowmeter has strong functional characteristics and its working principle is relatively complicated.Once a failure occurs,it will have a huge impact on the measurement result.Therefore,it is very important for the application of Roots flowmeter to analyze the cause of the failure of Roots flowmeter and find the corresponding solutions.
